Successful Tender for additional LSC work

In the summer, the LSC announced that they were seeking tenders from law offices across the country to bid for the supply of additional work in the social welfare areas of law. Having identified that certain areas of the country were without adequate provision of good quality legal services the LSC set out upon an ambitious procurement exercise. Clark Willis entered the competitve tendering process bidding to provide services in Community Care, Employment Law and Housing categories, in the Newton Aycliffe area. Being successful with the tender application now means that Clark Willis hold the largest number of LSC contracts of any law firm in the area, with contracts in Crime, Family, Mental Health, Community Care, Employment and Housing.
