The Clark Willis new website was launched today, and is a considerable improvement on the previous one. This is the second stage of our continuing implementation of modern technology. A greater level of client interactivity will soon be added in order to make the process of obtaining specialist legal advice quicker, easier and more simple.

Vikki Burrows has received her LLM Masters Degree today from Northumbria University. Vikki studied Mental Health Law choosing to write her dissertation on the subject of 'Consent to Treatment'.

Helen Elstob joins firm

Helen Elstob, solicitor, joined us from Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors in Stockton. She joins the firm to head our employment and general litigation department. She will deal with such matters as redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, debt and contract disputes but to name a few.
