Specialisms & Experience
Alister manages our Catterick office and undertakes all Divorce , Matrimonial Finance and Children cases. He has conducted a range of family work since 2003 and is experienced in County Court and Magistrates Court advocacy, He is a member of Resolution.
Alister has a wealth of knowledge of residential Property matters and until recently he undertook all property work at Catterick. Now with the assistance of Monika Williams, Alister takes a supervisory role in relation to the offices' property work.
Outside of work, Alister enjoys all competitive sports. He regularly plays squash and football, and also enjoys playing golf.
Legal Career & Qualification
2001 - LLB Honours Law Degree – Sheffield Hallam University.
2003 - Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
2003/05 - Solicitor’s Training Contract with Meikles solicitors.
2005 - Solicitor of the Supreme Court.
2006 - Joined Clark Willis in their property dept.
2008 - Appointed Manager of the Catterick office.
2009 - Appointed as an Associate of the firm.
