Diane Hall LLB (Hons)


Specialisms & Experience

Diane undertook training with the firm from 2009 to 2011. As part of her training contract, she gained experience in civil litigation, welfare benefits and housing law. Since qualifying, she specialises exclusively in housing law. Diane regularly appears in the County Court on the North East circuit. Diane has also progressed cases to the High Court, and dealt with a significant sale and rent back case at the Court of Appeal in 2011. Diane runs the Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme at Darlington County Court. Her interest is in all aspects of housing law including possession proceedings and homelessness.
