Specialisms & Experience

In performing her training contract, Joanna has undertaken work in the areas of domestic conveyancing work dealing with sales and purchases, remortgages and release of equity.  Joanna joined Mrs Bushby in our Housing department to provide advice and Court advocacy in relation to most housing problems.  Joanna also routinely acts as Court Duty Solicitor for housing matters at both Darlington and Hartlepool Court Courts.

2006    -    Exempting LLB Honours Law Degree - University of Northumbria
2006    -    Paralegal Hodgson Maggiore’s volume conveyancing dept.
2006    -    Working for CLS Direct providing telephone advice for housing and debt matters.
2007    -    Commenced a Trainee Solicitor’s Contract
2009    -    Qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court
