Specialisms & Experience

After attaining a 2:1 at Northumbria University for her LLB (Hons) Exempting Degree, Katherine gained a Paralegal position at Berrymans Lace Mawer Solicitors undertaking defendant personal injury litigation.

Taking a short career break, Katherine spent 4 months travelling and seeing the sights further afield before her employment at Clark Willis in our Elderly & Vulnerable Client Department.  Katherine's primary interests lie in Mental Health Law & Practice and Community Care work where she assists department head Victoria Burrows.  Katherine is also involved in drafting Lasting Powers of Attorneys and assisting Nicola Moss with the Administration of Estates.
