Monika undertakes the majority of the conveyancing work at our Catterick office.  She is experienced in all residential conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, Long Service Advance of Pay, remortgages and transfers of equity.  She also has experience in dealing with Home Buy Direct deposit assistance scheme for new builds.
