Specialisms & Experience

Mr Duffy is one of the few solicitors in the area who has gained membership to the Children Panel and able to represent clients subject to Care Proceedings.  He is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and also a member of Resolution.

As a very experienced solicitor Mr Duffy now specialises in complex matrimonial and children matters.

Mr Duffy is a keen 5 a side footballer, and rumour has it a nifty ‘keeper.  Outside of work, Mr Duffy is kept busy contemplating the fortunes of his beloved Newcastle United.
