Specialisms & Experience

Phil is one of the few solicitors in the area who has gained membership to the Children Panel and able to represent clients subject to Care Proceedings.  He is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and also a member of Resolution.

As a very experienced solicitor Phil now specializes in complex matrimonial and children matters.

Phil is a keen 5 a side footballer, and rumour has it a nifty ‘keeper.  Outside of work, Phil is kept busy contemplating the fortunes of his beloved Newcastle United.

1998    - Joined Clark Willis in their family dept.
1998    - Appointed to the Law Society Children Panel
2000    - Appointed to the Law Society Family Panel
