Professional Background

Emma began working for Clark Willis in May 2016 and graduated from Northumbria University in July 2016 having completed her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course. Emma assists clients in family, crime, mental health and wills


Her roles within the criminal department involve liaising with clients and Counsel, attending conferences and taking instructions from prospective clients. Emma also assists in the preparation of cases for trial and completing and varying legal aid applications. Within the family department Emma is responsible for ascertaining details and taking instructions from new clients including divorce, disputes about children and attending Child Protection Conferences and Legal Meetings.

Areas Of Interest

Emma is working towards becoming a qualified Solicitor and becoming a police station representative.


Emma is keen to help clients at difficult times in their lives. She is particularly interested in family matters involving the Local Authority.
