Buying & Selling a Home with Forces Help to Buy Scheme
Following the freezing of LSAP in 2014, FHTB means serving personnel may be able to borrow up to half their salary (to a maximum £25,000) to purchase residential properties.

Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney
Whilst simple Wills can be prepared using MoD form 106 and unusually, those under 18 can make a Will if on active service, often taking advice of a specialist solicitor can be beneficial to plan your affairs thoroughly, including providing for partners, children and your finances. We can also assist with Lasting Powers of Attorneys so that you ca nominate who would assist with your affairs whilst you were overseas n deployment in the short term, or longer term due to injury leaving you unable to mange them personally.
The firm has a long history of representing military clients at Courts Martial throughout England and also abroad if necessary. Peter Furness has specialised in Courts Martials for over 20 years and has a vast amount of experience in representing clients before those courts.
