Will Writing Charges
In most circumstances we offer clear, fixed charges for our Will writing services which includes our expertise, preparing and signing the original Wills and complimentary storage of your original Will within our secure storage facilities should you wish to do so.
On occasions, where your affairs are more complex or you require detailed estate planning advice from one of our senior, Society of Trust and Estate Planning (STEP) qualified and experienced solicitors, we will act on an hourly rate charging basis. Before instructing us to undertake any work on your behalf we would confirm our charges to you and may agree a fixed fee for this work.
